By accessing or using BioStacked, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of BioStacked after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

BioStacked is a mobile application that helps you track supplement intake, log health metrics, connect wearable devices, and view correlations between what you take and how you feel. The service includes features such as supplement logging, streak tracking, AI-powered insights, community stacks, and data analytics.

BioStacked is a tracking and analytics tool. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. The insights and correlations shown are for informational purposes only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BioStacked. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as needed.

Permitted use

You may use BioStacked for personal, non-commercial purposes to track your supplement intake and health metrics.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with other users' use of the service; upload malicious code or content; impersonate others or misrepresent your identity; use the service to spam or harass others.

Community guidelines

If you participate in community features (sharing stacks, comments), you agree to be respectful, not share harmful or misleading health information, and not promote products or services without authorization.

Not medical advice

BioStacked is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information, insights, and correlations provided by the app are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Consult healthcare providers

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement regimen. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information from BioStacked.

Supplement risks

Supplements can interact with medications and may not be appropriate for all individuals. BioStacked does not guarantee the safety, efficacy, or appropriateness of any supplement for your individual circumstances.

Accuracy of insights

Correlation does not imply causation. The insights and patterns shown in BioStacked are based on your self-reported data and connected integrations. They may not accurately reflect cause-and-effect relationships.

Our property

BioStacked, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into BioStacked (supplement logs, notes, ratings). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data to provide the service to you.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about BioStacked, we may use them without obligation to compensate you.

BioStacked integrates with third-party services (Oura, Whoop, Apple Health, Fitbit, Google Fit). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.

You authorize us to access data from connected integrations on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the integration in your account settings.

Free and premium tiers

BioStacked offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features and pricing are described in the app.

Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through the App Store or Google Play. You authorize automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the change.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIOSTACKED AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF BIOSTACKED SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY.

BIOSTACKED IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BioStacked and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to BioStacked at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BioStacked shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for violations of intellectual property rights.

Entire agreement

These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and BioStacked regarding the service.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
